ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3days to process your order. Expect an email within 5days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are processed and shipped twice a week - on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3days using go sweet spot - courier provider. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders shipping to all NZ.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia. At this time, we do not ship Worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer.info.goldie@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
